About Curly
Christian "Curly" (he/him/his) is a first-generation queer Latinx who enjoys supporting people in the workplace, games, and in everyday life. During the day, Curly works a full-time job as well as a Ph.D Candidate. When he is not at work or at school, he is playing MapleStory, League of Legends, and several RPGs for Nintendo Switch.
During COVID-19, Curly turned to gaming to create community and engage with people across the world during the lockdown. He explored a journey on Twitch as a weekend streamer. While streaming was not his true passion, he fell in love with pixel art and creating emotes. Now, he hopes his art can bring positivity, support, and empowering individuals on their own journey through pixel art.
